Our quality policy, is the framework upon which Merrill Tool & Machine has centered its business. Our facilities have been registered to the ISO-9001 standard since 1998 and in addition, we follow the Joseph M. Juran concepts of quality management. We have found that by following these quality systems, we are better positioned to ensure our customers’ top quality products while still maintaining the highest level of value and timely deliveries. We understand that ultimately, customer satisfaction depends on exceeding expectations in all three areas all of the time.

Our inspection department is capable of measuring everything that we machine, verifying the alignment of our equipment, and tracing every measurement device to standards. We have several in-house CMMs, a portable CMM, a laser measurement unit, and a multitude of other testing devices. Calibration of all measurement equipment is maintained using the Gage Trak System. Our machines are calibrated and certified using our Hamar alignment laser, and we are capable of providing this calibration service off-site for our customers.
